Whether it's a fit puzzle, a fabric question, or a garment you're not sure how to care for — write to us. We read everything and answer directly.

Before you write

A few things that help us give you a useful answer:

For fit questions, include your height, weight, and usual size in the brand in question.
For fabric questions, share the fibre content label if you have it (e.g. 100% Merino wool, 18.5 micron).
For care problems, tell us what happened and what you've already tried.
For topic suggestions, the more specific the better — "how to hem trousers with a cuff" beats "more denim content."
